Terms of Service
Last updated: May 25, 2026
These Terms explain how you can use Tiddle. We're a small business too, so we've written them to be straightforward and fair. Using Tiddle means you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, so please take a moment to read through them.
1. Your agreement with Tiddle
By creating an account, joining early access, submitting information through our website, or using Tiddle, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the service.
2. What Tiddle provides
Tiddle provides a marketplace of focused AI assistants for small businesses. We call these assistants Tidbits. Tidbits are designed to help with real business tasks such as drafting replies from pasted content, gathering feedback, collecting testimonials, answering common questions, supporting pricing decisions, creating content, and reducing repetitive work.
Tiddle may also provide business memory features that help your organization save reusable facts about your services, policies, pricing, workflows, preferences, and other business context so Tidbits can produce more useful results.
Tiddle is intended to assist your business. It does not replace your judgment, professional advice, legal review, financial review, customer service standards, or responsibility for decisions you make.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for how you use Tiddle and for the content, instructions, business memory, and other information you provide.
- Use Tiddle only for lawful business purposes.
- Provide content you have the right to use and process.
- Avoid adding sensitive personal information unless it is necessary for the specific task.
- Review AI outputs before using, publishing, sending, or relying on them.
- Comply with laws and regulations that apply to your business, industry, customers, communications, advertising, privacy, and data handling.
- Keep your login credentials secure and notify us if you believe your account has been compromised.
In short: Tiddle can help you work faster and make better use of your business knowledge, but you remain responsible for how the output is used.
4. AI-generated output
Tiddle uses AI to generate drafts, suggestions, summaries, proposed facts, recommendations, and other outputs. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, inappropriate for your situation, or inconsistent with your expectations.
You agree to review and approve outputs before using them in your business. This is especially important for customer communications, pricing decisions, legal or compliance matters, medical or financial topics, hiring, regulated industries, or any situation where accuracy matters.
Tiddle may help organize business memory and suggest reusable facts, but you are responsible for confirming that saved business memory is accurate, current, and appropriate for your organization.
5. Business memory and your content
You keep ownership of the business information, content, and materials you provide to Tiddle. This may include pasted messages, business descriptions, policies, pricing information, feedback, testimonials, instructions, prompts, uploaded or entered content, and business memory.
By using Tiddle, you give us permission to process your content as needed to provide the service, operate Tidbits, maintain business memory, improve reliability, prevent misuse, and support your account.
You are responsible for ensuring that your business memory does not include information you do not have the right to store, process, or use. You can edit, remove, or request deletion of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse Tiddle. We may suspend or terminate access if we believe an account is being used abusively, unlawfully, or in a way that could harm Tiddle, our users, or others.
- Do not use Tiddle for illegal activity.
- Do not use Tiddle to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others.
- Do not use Tiddle to create spam, phishing, malware, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to access another organization's data.
- Do not interfere with, reverse engineer, overload, or disrupt the service.
- Do not submit content that violates someone else's rights.
- Do not use Tiddle in a way that violates applicable privacy, communications, advertising, employment, consumer protection, or industry-specific laws.
7. Marketplace, Tidbits, and availability
Tiddle's Tidbit marketplace may change over time. We may add, remove, rename, improve, limit, or modify Tidbits as the product evolves.
Some Tidbits may be experimental, in early access, limited to certain plans, or subject to usage limits. We may also introduce custom private Tidbits, additional settings, integrations, or paid features in the future.
We work hard to make Tiddle useful and reliable, but we do not guarantee that any specific Tidbit will always be available or that it will produce a particular result.
8. Early access and beta features
During early access, Tiddle may evolve quickly. Features may be added, changed, limited, renamed, or removed based on product direction, user feedback, security needs, technical requirements, or business priorities.
Early access features may be incomplete, experimental, or subject to bugs. By using early access features, you understand that the product may not behave exactly as expected.
9. Plans, usage limits, and pricing
Tiddle may offer free, early access, trial, paid, or usage-limited plans. Features, Tidbits, usage limits, storage limits, support levels, and pricing may vary by plan.
We may update pricing or plan details as Tiddle grows. If you are an early access participant, any founding-member or discounted pricing will be subject to the terms presented to you when that pricing becomes available.
10. Third-party services
Tiddle may rely on third-party services to operate the product, such as hosting providers, databases, authentication providers, analytics, logging, payment processors, email providers, AI providers, and other infrastructure services.
Some features may also integrate with external tools in the future. If optional integrations are introduced, you are responsible for reviewing and authorizing those connections before using them.
11. Changes to the service
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of Tiddle over time. We may also change how features work as we improve security, privacy, reliability, usability, pricing, or product direction.
We will try to communicate material changes clearly, especially when they affect pricing, data handling, or important product behavior.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
Tiddle is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
We do our best to build a useful, secure, and reliable product, but we cannot promise that Tiddle will be uninterrupted, error-free, perfectly accurate, or suitable for every business situation.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Tiddle and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost data, reputational harm, or business interruption.
You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs and deciding how to use them in your business.
14. Termination
You may stop using Tiddle at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for Tiddle or others, misuse the service, fail to pay applicable fees, or use the service in an unlawful or harmful way.
15. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as Tiddle evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
Continuing to use Tiddle after updated Terms are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
