FAQ
A few quick answers before you jump in.
Tiddle is built to help small businesses compete, save time, and grow with focused virtual assistants that understand how the business works.
- What is Tiddle?
- Tiddle is a marketplace of intelligent virtual assistants for small businesses. Each assistant, called a Tidbit, helps with a real business task like replying faster, gathering feedback, collecting testimonials, improving pricing, answering questions, or saving time on repeatable work.
- What is a Tidbit?
- A Tidbit is a focused virtual assistant designed for one specific job. Instead of giving you a blank AI chat box, Tidbits are built around practical small-business workflows such as Reply Assistant, Feedback Gatherer, Pricing Assistant, Testimonial Collector, and FAQ Helper.
- How does Tiddle help my business grow?
- Tiddle helps you save time, respond faster, improve follow-through, collect better customer insight, turn happy customers into proof, and make smarter decisions. The goal is simple: give small businesses some of the leverage larger companies get from staff, systems, and software.
- How is this different from ChatGPT, Gemini, or Copilot?
- Generic AI tools are powerful, but they usually require you to bring the context, design the workflow, and repeat the same instructions. Tiddle is built around focused assistants that learn from your private business memory, so they can become more useful and consistent over time.
- Does Tiddle need access to my inbox or workspace?
- No. Tiddle is moving away from broad inbox or workspace access. Reply Assistant works from email text you paste in, and future Tidbits are designed to use scoped business memory rather than invasive system connections.
- Will this work with Office, Google Workspace, email, forms, and other tools?
- Yes. Tiddle is designed to work alongside the tools your business already uses. The goal is not to force you into a new ecosystem, but to give you focused AI help that can support your existing workflows.
- Is my business memory private?
- Yes. Tiddle is designed around private, organization-scoped business memory. Your services, policies, workflows, preferences, and answers are used to power your own Tidbits — not to serve other businesses.
- Can I create my own Tidbits?
- That is the long-term direction. Tiddle is being built toward private custom Tidbits that businesses can configure with their own prompts, schemas, settings, and business context.
