1. What this covers

This Privacy Policy applies to Tiddle's website, workspace, Advisor, guided activities, workflows, business context and memory features, early access program, and related services.

Tiddle helps small-business owners describe a business need, identify a useful starting point, and work through focused activities designed for specific business tasks or outcomes.

Some of these guided activities are internally called Tidbits. Some Tiddle features use artificial intelligence to generate recommendations, drafts, analyses, summaries, suggestions, and other outputs.

2. What information we collect

We collect information needed to provide, operate, secure, and improve Tiddle. This may include:

• Account details: Your name, email address, business name, organization details, account settings, and plan or early access status.
• Business context and memory: Information you choose to save about your business, such as services, policies, pricing details, operating practices, preferences, FAQs, customer service standards, goals, constraints, and other reusable business context.
• Advisor and activity inputs: Information you provide when describing a business need or using a guided activity, such as business descriptions, customer messages, website content, offers, pricing context, notes, feedback, or other task-specific information.
• Generated outputs: Recommendations, analyses, drafts, summaries, proposed facts, suggestions, or other results generated when you use Tiddle.
• Usage and reliability data: Basic product usage, error logs, performance data, diagnostics, and security-related events that help us keep Tiddle reliable, secure, and useful.
• Early access and website form data: Information you submit through our website, such as your name, business name, email address, phone number, website, the business outcome you want to improve, and a description of the problem you would like help solving.

3. How we use your information

We use your information to provide Tiddle's features and help your business receive more relevant, practical guidance.

• To create and manage your account and organization.
• To understand the business need or outcome you are trying to address.
• To provide Advisor recommendations, guided activities, workflows, and generated results.
• To use approved business context as private context for your organization.
• To help Tiddle produce more consistent and relevant results over time.
• To support activities such as reviewing business content, improving customer communications, analyzing offers or pricing, identifying opportunities, and assisting with other focused business tasks.
• To troubleshoot issues, improve reliability, and prevent misuse.
• To communicate with you about early access, support, updates, and product changes.

Most importantly: we do not sell, rent, or monetize your private business data. We do not use your private business context, activity inputs, or customer content for advertising, data resale, or third-party marketing profiles.

4. Business context and memory

Tiddle is designed so that you do not need to explain the same information about your business every time you ask for help. Business context may include reusable information about your services, policies, pricing, processes, preferences, goals, constraints, customer experience, and common answers.

Tiddle may use this approved business context when providing Advisor recommendations, running guided activities, or generating results. For example, an activity may use saved information about your services, policies, or business model when evaluating a business problem.

Your organization's private business context is scoped to your organization. We do not make it available to other Tiddle customers.

5. Content you provide

Some Tiddle activities work from information you enter, paste, or otherwise provide directly. This may include a customer message, website text, offer, business description, pricing information, feedback, policy, or other information relevant to the activity you choose to perform.

You are responsible for choosing what information to provide. We recommend avoiding unnecessary sensitive personal information when it is not needed for the task.

Tiddle's current guided activities are designed to avoid requiring broad access to your inbox, workspace, or other private business systems when that access is not necessary. You choose the information you provide to those activities.

6. How Tiddle uses AI providers

Some Tiddle features use artificial intelligence. Tiddle may use trusted AI service providers to process activity inputs, business context, and related information so the product can generate useful recommendations and outputs.

These providers are used to operate Tiddle's features. We do not authorize service providers to use your business information for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

Where supported by our providers and settings, we configure AI processing to limit use of customer data for training general-purpose models. We also design Tiddle to send only the context needed for the activity or task being performed.

7. Who can see your data

Access to your data is limited. Automated systems process your data to provide the features you use. Human access is restricted and allowed only when necessary to respond to a support request you initiate, investigate a security or reliability issue, comply with legal obligations, or protect Tiddle and its users.

We do not share your private business context, activity inputs, or customer content with advertisers, data brokers, or information resellers.

8. How we protect your data

We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your data and reduce unnecessary exposure.

• Secure sign-in for supported account methods.
• Organization-scoped access controls.
• Encrypted storage for data we retain, where appropriate.
• Data minimization: we avoid collecting broad system access when it is not needed.
• Human-supervised use of generated business outputs.
• Restricted internal access to customer data.
• Reliability and security logging to help detect and investigate issues.

9. Data retention

Tiddle follows a data-minimization approach and keeps information only as long as needed to provide the service, support your account, meet legal obligations, and maintain security and reliability.

• Account details: Retained while your account is active, unless deletion is requested or longer retention is required by law.
• Business context and memory: Retained until you edit, remove, or request deletion of it. Business context is treated as durable information you choose to store.
• Activity inputs and outputs: Retained as needed to provide product history, troubleshooting, usage tracking, and functionality. We may shorten or remove stored inputs over time as the product matures.
• Early access submissions: Retained as needed to respond to your request, manage early access, understand product needs, and communicate with you about Tiddle.
• Logs and diagnostics: Retained for a limited period for security, reliability, debugging, and performance monitoring.

You may request deletion of your account or data by contacting us.

10. Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate Tiddle. These may include providers for cloud hosting, databases, authentication, analytics, logging, email delivery, payments, AI processing, and infrastructure monitoring.

These providers are permitted to process data only as needed to provide services to Tiddle. We do not authorize them to use your data for their own advertising or marketing purposes.

11. Your choices

You can choose what business context to add, edit, or remove. You can choose what information to provide when asking Advisor for help or using a guided activity. You can request deletion of your account and associated data.

If future Tiddle features offer optional integrations with outside tools, those integrations will be presented clearly and will require your authorization before use.

12. Children's privacy

Tiddle is intended for business use and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

13. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as Tiddle evolves. When we make material changes, we will update the date above and may provide additional notice where appropriate.
